Registration Policy
As part of the initial registration process, a $50.00 deposit per participant must be sent in to secure the sport you have registered for. KHO can not guarantee these spots until we recieve the deposit. If your camp week begins to fill up and we have not yet received your deposit to guarantee the spots you registered for, you will be notified and given ample time to act quickly to send in your deposit. We will not cancel any spots without first notifying you that the week is filling up.
When you send in the deposit, you are committing to fill each spot you have registered for and the deposit is non-refundable. If the number of participants decrease and you have already sent in your deposit, KHO will not refund the $50.00 deposits or credit the extra amount to the remaining total balance for your group. You may use the $50.00 deposit for a new participant that will be filling the spot of a previous participant that has cancelled. However, you may not use the $50.00 deposit towards the full balance. Please view the following examples of what can and cannot be done.
Example of what can be done: You send in $50.00 for Bobby, Tommy, and Larry. Larry drops out, but you find another student named Sammy who signs up to take his place. You can use the $50.00 towards Sammy's deposit.
Example of what cannot be done: You send in $50.00 deposits for Bobby, Tommy, and Larry. Larry drops out. You cannot apply his $50.00 deposit towards the remaining balance for Bobby or Tommy.
Please remember that registration is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and your spots are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. If your registration numbers change before you send in the deposit, please contact Drew Underwood at drew@khohome.org to ensure adequate registration information for your group. Once your registration information is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail reviewing this information and a 'Registration Deposit and Payment Agreement' form that must be signed and turned in along with the deposits. This form is very important and your spots will not be secured until we receive the payment agreement, even if you have sent in your deposits, they will not be secured without this form.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: This same policy is in effect for the total registration fee as well; the total registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be credited to the full balance if someone drops out.**
